Accreditation Survey Fees
Accreditation survey fees are set by the Minister of Health, not by the accreditation body. The table below is copied directly from the annex to that decree.
Legal basis
KMK HK.01.07/MENKES/1559/2024 on Biaya Survei Akreditasi Puskesmas, Klinik, Laboratorium Kesehatan, dan Unit Transfusi Darah. Replaces KMK HK.01.07/MENKES/110/2023, which has been revoked.

Surveyor accommodation and transport are not included
The figures above cover the conduct of the survey. Surveyor accommodation and transport are separate components also borne by the health facility, subject to the upper limits set by the same decree.
- Surveyor accommodation: lodging or hotel up to the equivalent of a 4-star hotel, non-executive room.
- Surveyor transport: land, sea or air transport in non-luxury/non-business class on the shortest route, including travel from home to the airport, terminal or station.
No other charges
Neither the accreditation body nor its surveyors may charge anything beyond what the Minister of Health decree sets out. If you are asked to pay outside these terms, please tell us through our complaints channel.
