1. Scope of the service
Komite Akreditasi Kesehatan Pratama is an accreditation body for healthcare facilities. Through this service we provide accreditation information, registration and management of accreditation surveys, training and education programmes, issuance of training certificates, and a complaints channel.
To be clear: the accreditation status of a healthcare facility is determined under Ministry of Health rules. Healthcare facility accreditation certificates are issued by the competent authority, not by this service; this service stores the copy and its status. Training certificates issued through this service are our own.
2. User accounts
A person may hold only one account. Accounts are identified by email address and NIK, and work at both institutions (KAKP and KAKL).
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Accounts must not be lent or shared. Holders of administrative roles must enable two-factor authentication.
The data you enter must be accurate and current. Entering another person’s identity or false data may result in account suspension and legal consequences.
3. What you must not do
You must not:
- Access or attempt to access data you are not entitled to, including other facilities’ documents.
- Disrupt, overload, or damage the operation of the system, including automated bulk data extraction.
- Forge, alter, or duplicate certificates issued through this service.
- Upload files containing malicious software or unlawful content.
- Use the service for any purpose that breaches applicable law.
4. Event registration and payment
A seat at an event is confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Quotas are limited and allocated in order of settled payment.
Payment may be made through the channels available on the invoice page. All payments, whether by manual transfer or online channel, are recorded in the same single ledger.
Cancellation and refund terms follow those announced for each event. If an event is cancelled by KAKP, your payment is refunded in full.
5. Certificates
Training certificates are issued once the participant is recorded as attended and payment is settled. Certificates are issued by the system or by staff, not on a participant’s unilateral request.
Every certificate carries a serial number and a QR code linking to the public verification page. A certificate may be revoked if it is shown to have been issued on incorrect data or obtained improperly; a revoked certificate remains searchable, and the verification page will state that it has been revoked.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, logos, and institutional marks — belongs to Komite Akreditasi Kesehatan Pratama or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Accreditation standards and instruments are legal instruments of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. We provide access to them for reference; rights in those documents remain with their publisher.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, repair, or reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KAKP is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or unavailability of this service.
These terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for breaches of personal data protection.
9. Suspension and closure of accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice where possible, unless delay would endanger the security of the system or of other users’ data.
You may request closure of your account at any time. Closing an account does not delete certificates already issued or records we are legally required to retain.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Substantive changes come with an increased version number and effective date. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be pursued through good-faith discussion before any legal proceedings.
12. Contacting us
