Komite Akreditasi Kesehatan Pratama conducts accreditation surveys professionally together with the Ministry of Health — from application to the determination of accreditation status.
Facilities we accredit
Each facility type has its own standards, assessment instrument, and survey procedure as determined by the Minister of Health.
Accreditation process
Every stage carries a binding deadline, so facilities always know exactly where their application stands.

Application
The facility meets the mandatory requirements, then applies for a survey with the required documents.
Response within 2 working days

Document verification
The regional coordinator checks completeness; anything missing is returned for correction.
Maximum 14 working days

Agreement & scheduling
Survey date, fees, and terms are set out in a written agreement.
Documents uploaded 7 days prior

Survey & determination
The surveyor team conducts the survey and reports; accreditation status is then determined by the Ministry of Health.
Certificate within 14 working days
Deadlines follow the Accreditation Survey Technical Guidelines (Director General of Health Services Decree No. HK.02.02/I/3991/2022).
